From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. Ron checked my existing aids and gave me options to consider. We divided to have new aids and Ron took time to take moulds and describe the process. He was very clear on what we would receive. Now having been to get my new hearing aids today, I wonder how I ever managed without them, they are so much clearer and easy to take in and out.
