Been there twice now. They are honest and helpful. I appreciated the time Jeremy Carter took to take care of my 96 year old mother-in-law. It was a pleasant experience. He took the extra time with her and I can't tell you how much it made her day. I would definitely recommend.

I visited our local Audibel location in Mesa (SW corner of Sossoman and Southern by Fresh N Easy) with my Father who has been fighting our family against getting his hearing checked out. It's been a very touchy subject but we knew that it was inevitable as the t.v. gradually gets louder and conversations on the cell phone began to feel like pulling teeth. From the second we entered the doors our experience was more that what I could have expected. The staff were very professional and great at making my dad feel comfortable easing his tensions with this process. They sat him down and had a nice conversation with him and before we knew it the consultation was over. They had asked questions to get an understanding for his lifestyle helping them decide which direction for a hearing aid would be best, for him. I felt the need to write this because I've seen how some of my family, as they get older, tend to get taken advantage of and that's tough for me to see. Thank you for helping my dad the way I would help my dad.

“Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.”

“Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.”
