I had an absolutely fantastic experience and customer service with Jeremy and Dr. Arthur. They were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive about my concerns from start to finish. It's hard to find this level of caring and service as both gentlemen took the time to explain my test results throughly. I will definitely return for hearing aids in the future.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. Ron checked my existing aids and gave me options to consider. We decided to have new aids and Ron took time to take moulds and describe the process. He was very clear on what we would receive. Now having been to get my new hearing aids today, I wonder how I ever managed without them, they are so much clearer and easy to take in and out.
